If you find that the steamer beeps after boiling, it may be due to the water level being higher than the maximum line, or if the boiling bubbles reach the maximum line. The steamer will interpret this as the water level being too high and will trigger an alarm to prevent any potential spills or injuries.

If you encounter issues such as no spray being released or weak mist from the steamer, it is recommended to allow tap water to boil for 1 minute to release steam. Turning on the LIGHT button will produce a larger amount of steam. When utilizing Chinese herbs and essential oils, it is advised to drop the essence onto a cotton ball and place it on the small round tube under the nozzle, rather than pouring essential oil directly into the water cup.
